The Gibson Gallery invites members to take part in a special exhibition celebrating two important milestones: the 130th anniversary of the historic Michigan Central Railroad Station and the reopening of the Caboose Museum.
Running from October 1 to 11, this commemorative exhibition explores Amherstburg’s rich transportation history and the stories that helped shape our community. Artists are encouraged to submit transportation-themed artwork inspired by trains, railways, automobiles, ships, bicycles, aviation, or any form of travel connected to Amherstburg’s past and the history of the Gibson Gallery itself.
This members-only exhibition welcomes a wide range of artistic styles and interpretations, from historical representations to contemporary and imaginative works.
Artwork submissions are limited to a maximum size of 16" x 20".
